Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
We provide refunds only for verified technical issues, such as:
- Pro access not activating after successful payment
- Link scans failing due to a system error
- Dashboard or account becoming inaccessible due to a service fault
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect purchase, user error, expiry of 30-Day access, or forgetting to cancel.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@linkhealthchecker.com with your account email, payment ID, and description of the issue.
Cancellation Policy
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
- After cancellation, Pro access remains until billing period ends.
- 30-Day Pro Access cannot be cancelled or refunded once activated.
